Quality Team Member
The Quality Team Member is responsible for performing quality checks on all products during the sales order process to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipment. This role helps maintain product standards, supports operational efficiency, and ensures customer requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
• Inspecting orders for quality, completeness, and correct counts
• Creating and maintaining quality records based on process and customer requirements
• Supporting special projects or tasks as needed or assigned
• Inspecting product orders and procedures in Production to ensure quality standards
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Following all established safety procedures and guidelines
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong ERP (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $18-$23 per hour. The range considers factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
