ACCOUNT LEAD

Oversees & provides daily order entry, inventory control, rollouts, special projects, and reporting for specific customers as required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effectively scheduling, managing, and delivering activities for specific customer point of sale hardware projects. This includes directing/overseeing daily activities with associated teams as well as working with customer managers to ensure their orders are completed as designated by their plans.

• Monitor the status of all project efforts and provide status reports and presentations to all levels of management internal and external customers as required.

• Use problem solving and critical thinking approaches to proactively solve any issues.

• Inspect orders/procedures for quality purposes as it pertains to outbound shipments.

• Verify company personnel are following customer requirements and QA procedures.

• Report Inbound ETAs to proper departments.

• Report Outbound ETAs to customers.

• Implement operational best practices.

• Oversees company’s shipping process.

Skills:

• Demonstrates ability to manage daily requests, projects, and work with warehouse/receiving teams.

• Exercise rapid problem-solving skills in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.

• Excellent management and project management skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ERP/NetSuite, company portals, general software computer skills and Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus previous experience preferred or one to three years of experience in this role.

Language: Fluent English is required for this role. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $20 to $24 per hour. The range considers factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
