JOB ROLE
PERFORM ONLINE SALES ACTIVITIES TO ACHIEVE COMPANY SALES OBJECTIVES. CREATE AND MAINTAIN THE ONLINE WEB STORE, THE AMAZON STORE AND EBAY LISTINGS.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for:

• Maintain webstore so it has up to date product information and pricing.
• Manage and maintain all web Inventory including photos
• Manage and maintain all eBay/Amazon inventory including creation of postings, managing online stores
• Work with Sales team to manage the current Inventory, including all web requirements
• Work with IT Team to manage and maintain inventory on corporate web sites
• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Other duties as assigned.
• Scheduling and engaging team for updates, enhancements, creative design.
• Research, Planning within a multitude of areas for areas for company site, portals and Social Media.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competition.

SKILLS
• Proficient in Web programs
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well within organization
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Creativity
• Attention to detail

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus previous experience preferred or one to three years of experience in this role.

LANGUAGE
Fluent English is required for this role. Working written and spoken local language skills are desirable for this role
