The sales assistant will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service support and information.


  • Assist sales team on daily correspondence with customer accounts
  • Process sales order in ERP system daily
  • Provide information about the products and services to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Create formal quotes
  • Search inventory and order stock for Sales Orders
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services
  • Special Projects or tasks as needed


  • Previous experience as assistant, in Customer Service or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
