JOB ROLE:
Responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations within the warehouse, including product transfers, cycle counts, consolidations, and team supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support a team of warehouse assistants and drivers
•Oversee safe operation of warehouse equipment and enforce safety procedures
•Utilize ERP software to manage inventory transfers, cycle counts, and product consolidations
•Coordinate the movement of incoming products into warehouse locations, including customer stock
•Optimize inventory accuracy, location organization, and space utilization
•Implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency
•Develop and lead a productive team environment through training, work allocation, and mentorship
•Identify and resolve workflow or inventory-related issues
•Conduct regular performance evaluations and support team development

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
•Previous warehouse or inventory experience
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
•Fluent in English (written and verbal) Bilingual a must (Spanish)
•ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite)

COMPENSATION:
A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $50,000 to $55,000. The range considers factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual case.
