Michael has worn many hats in his 15 years with the company, from receiving manager to warehouse manager to production manager to his current role as Senior customer solutions center manager. He’s primarily responsible for handling customer-owned inventory and works closely with IWT’s receiving, warehouse, & technician leads to ensure that customer needs are not only being met, but exceeded.
