Darin joined the IW team when he was just 12 years old, sweeping the floors of his father’s rapidly growing company. He honed his sales skills through high school and college until he joined the team full time in 1997. Since then, he has sold more than 50 million dollars worth of hardware and worked his way up to his current position of president, overseeing all areas of the business and its continued growth.

After nearly two decades with IWT, Justin is well-versed in the industry and able to expertly problem solve for customers. He leads the sales team by example, focusing on building relationships that stand the test of time. Justin is a true partner, always going the extra mile to deliver the best experience for customers.

With decades of experience in the industry, Ryan has been vital in expanding IW’s services portfolio, utilizing his ability to develop agile, expedient, customizable offerings. He leads the enterprise services team with a sharp focus on offering solutions that are 100 percent aligned with a customer’s unique needs and business demands.

Rory started his career at IW early, working as a junior technician during his high school and college summers. With experience working as an equity options trader with a well-known financial firm, he employs his sharp business acumen, innovative thinking, and work ethic to exceed customer expectations. Rory is a retail technology solutions expert, specializing in everything from POS to scanning to store support.

With a background in sales, Bobby understands the importance of providing customers with excellent service and a high-quality experience. He has found his niche in the hospitality industry and is expert at its unique characteristics. Bobby pushes himself to keep improving, striving to deliver the best, most personalized experience for every customer.

With more than fifteen years at IWT, Mike is an expert in the retail sector — from big box stores to boutiques and everything in between. Previously a teacher, he brings a unique perspective to account management. He understands the value of providing customers with information, options and the best value. Mike is passionate about providing solutions that fit a customer’s exact needs, and he values long-standing partnerships built on trust.

Devin began his career in the hospitality and entertainment industry at an early age, where he developed a strong work ethic, a passion for people and a mindset of continued growth. He thrives on providing solutions to his customers’ challenges and is always willing to go the extra mile to make their day better.     

With more than twenty years at IWT, Jeff oversees all production activities. He has a passion for identifying and solving for potential problems in the production process to maximize efficiencies for customers. Jeff is a talented manager who believes in motivating employees to perform at their highest potential through positive encouragement.

Brian joined IW after two decades in the managed services industry, focusing on the financial and services specialties. He is expert in the full range of IW’s managed service offering, overseeing all on-site executions of this work. No matter the complexity of a customer’s need, Brian can help create a customized solution that allows them to focus on their business, rather than worry about their hardware.

With a combined 28 years of experience in the grocery business and in senior roles maintaining and deploying grocery store technology on a national scale, John is adept at building innovative solutions for any challenge our customers bring to the table.

Melissa brings 20+ years of experience across multiple verticals – including retail, specialty retail, banking and hospitality – which lays her foundation for a collaborative and analytic approach to the customer experience. She’s committed to delivering customer service excellence that aligns with the customer’s strategic goals and is growth driven.

Michael has worn many hats in his 15 years with the company, from Receiving Manager to Warehouse Manager to Production Manager to his current role as Senior Customer Solutions Center Manager. He’s primarily responsible for handling customer-owned inventory and works closely with IWT’s receiving, warehouse, & technician leads to ensure that customer needs are not only being met, but exceeded.

Out of Bob’s 30 years’ experience in the technology field, he has dedicated the past 16 to IW Technologies. He strives to source and maintain quality solutions at their best value, while building strong relationships with both external vendors and across all departments within IW.

In addition to over 15 years of retail customer service and management experience, Sara possesses an intimate understanding of the challenges our customers face. She is passionate about overseeing the successful navigation of these challenges.

With over 15 years in the global B2B space, Erica brings a depth of knowledge in brand management, marketing and communications. A life-long learner, she’s passionate about growth and achieving results utilizing both data and creativity.

Juan began his career as a field technician two decades ago. During his tenure with IW, he worked his way up from Bench Technician to Technical Operations Manager. His drive to resolve production challenges and technical issues keeps him motivated and passionate about his work.

Tim has committed one of his two decades of experience in electronic repair to IW Technologies, where he’s advanced his career through performing his best in every aspect of the job. He’s looking forward to further developing his skillset while playing an integral role in IW’s continued growth.
